Cozy Picks for the Frosty Weather

Now that the cold is upon us, I’ve picked out my favourite cozy things in the shop – all made right here in Vancouver.

1) Organic Hand Knit Scarves by Cerelli & Co. – $68-$100

There’s nothing better than the feeling of a soft hand-knit scarf made locally from organic cotton, alpaca wool and bamboo. Available in a variety of styles and colours.

2) Ivory Spats by Fait Avec – $80

Tall and elegant spats, made of a high-quality lightweight ivory wool flannel, they’re like fitted legwarmers! The wool is interfaced for strength, and the spats are lined with a white satin. Beautiful pearl snaps with black settings give these spats a distinctive Victorian look.  Also available in red plaid, black, and grey lace. Wear with wool tights and you’re good to go!

3) Men’s Hoody by Adhesif – $160

Made from 100% recycled wool & cashmere, so each hoody is one of a kind.  Screen-printed tree on the back adds that ‘westcoast’ feel.

4)  Striped Wool Scarf by Kim Cathers – $80

The perfect unisex christmas gift. 13 foot long, limited edition wool scarf. The best for wrapping around and around for ultimate cozy comfort.  Available in steel/black stripes or wheat/black stripes and made from 100% reclaimed/recycled wool.

5)  Knitted Hat by Honey Love Designs -$69

Beautiful hand made 100% Merino Wool and real peacock feathers, these fab hats will be sure to keep you warm and looking charmed all winter long!

6) Cowl Neck Warmer by Raven Verhagen – $30-$80

Wrap it, twist it, wear it over your head like a hood.  Soft acrylic and wool blend yarn crocheted in a big loop of endless possibilities. Chunky and warm in a multitude of colours, some with vintage buttons, some without.

7) Kimono Coat by Bridget Bergman -$350

Gorgeous wool jacket with princess seams, tall collar, flared sleeves and pockets. Wool is Canadian sourced and manufactured, fully lined with kasha lining (flannel backed satin).

8 ) Cowichan Wool Toque

Hand knit with Canadian yarn that has not been treated with any harsh chemicals.
It will keep you warm in the coldest weather. Great to wear when working or playing outdoors, from the Coast to the Prairies.

Available in Natural Brown/Black/Grey, Natural Cream/Grey, and Red/Cream and in two sizes – medium & large.
