Playing Card Tees by Adam Lupton are back!

Alrighty! For those of you who have been asking for the Playing Card Tees, you’re in luck. Just restocked the Jack of Broken Hearts and the King of Bleeding Hearts, as well as some new designs for 2010.  For those of you not in the loop, Adam Lupton is a super sweet and talented 21 yr old Emily Carr Student whose visual art you can see (and buy!) at the shop, and he also designs tee shirt graphics.  Until recently, you could only find his stuff at Planet Claire, BUT a few months ago Holt Renfrew had the Modern Amusement Tee Shirt Design Challenge, and after being shortlisted from almost 500 entries, Adam made it to the top 30. After the public voted (thank you to the Planet Claire Facebook Group Members for showing your love), Adam was in the top 3, at which point a panel of judges from Holts and Modern Amusement deliberated and chose Adam as the winner! Pretty awesome, no?  So look for his winning design available only at Holts, and for all his other stuff, come see me!   Oh, and this is the first time he’s used organic cotton shirts. YAY!
