Planet Claire’s Halloween Pop-Up Shop ~ October 26th
The Planet Claire Pop-Up Shop for October will feature tons of vintage clothing, shoes and accessories (lots of ideas for last minute costumes!), as well as local designers and sustainable fashions. As Hallow’s Eve is fast approaching, expect spiked punch, a musical performance, and Halloween Goodie Bags for the first 13 people (much thanks to the sponsors; Artist Megz Majewski, Burt’s Bees Cosmetics, Denman Island Chocolate, The Templeton Restaurant, Queen of Hearts Jewellery, and more!).
Back alley entrance, between Hastings and Pender, look for the doorman in an ACME Studios shirt.
Keep in mind that even though this is close to the heart of the DTES (actually Chinatown), it is only two blocks from the old store location, completely safe, I walk there at night, alone, all the time. However, to make you feel extra secure, there will be a doorman who can direct you in and out of the back alley entrance, as well as there is a front entrance by way of one of the galleries.
