Gastown Spring Shop Hop & Art Opening at Planet Claire THIS THURSDAY APRIL 22

On April 22 from 5-9pm, Planet Claire will be hosting it’s first installment of monthly art shows, held on the last Thursday of each month. Come have a drink, mingle with the artists, listen to some good music and see some sweet art.

These shows will feature local artists and include photography, painting, sculpture, illustrations, literature, buttons, tees, and whatever else we can classify as art. View the event and list of participating artists here

The April 22nd event will also coincide with the Gastown Spring Shop Hop; a whack of gastown boutiques will be open from 5-9pm, serving FREE drinks and having fabulous sales. Mineral makeup maven Lisa Mascareno from Affera will be on site to provide mineral makeup consultations and applications, and preview her new line of all-natural lipsticks, alongside her spring eyeshadow colours. Planet Claire has been carrying this made in Vancouver mineral makeup since 2009 and thinks it is the cat’s meow! In deference to Earth Day (ALSO the 22nd!) all Mineral Makeup will be 50% off!

The Gastown Shop Hop is back for Spring! On April 22nd from 5pm – 9pm Gastown’s premier boutiques will be opening their doors for you to come party with them. There will be music, free drinks, and of course great deals. Look for the balloons around Gastown and you are sure to have a great time.
